Knight-Hennessy Scholars at Stanford University
The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program at Stanford University nurtures a diverse, multidisciplinary community of emerging leaders from around the world, guiding them to collaborate, innovate, and communicate as they prepare to tackle society’s complex challenges . Through the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program, scholars expand their knowledge, develop skills, and build character as scholars go through community experiences, workshops, meetings with leaders, national and international study tours, and personal development opportunities.
The Knight-Hennessy Scholars include all 7 Stanford schools. Knight-Hennessy Fellows are talented individuals drawn from a multidisciplinary community of scholars. The program provides a platform for developing purposeful leadership and empowers you to make a major positive impact in the world.
Applicant will enjoy a direct application stipend to cover tuition and related fees, a stipend for tuition and living expenses (such as room and board, books, academic materials, teaching materials, transportation and reasonable personal expenses),a travel stipend to cover one economy class ticket for annual travel to and from. Stanford Knight -Hennessy grantees can also access additional funds to support the academic enrichment.

Those Qualified For the Scholarship
Applicants must apply, be accepted and enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at Stanford in addition to applying for the Knight Hennessy Scholarships
Each incoming Knight-Hennessy Scholar must be a newly enrolled student in a Stanford graduate program, but not subjected to DMA, JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MPP, MS, or PhD programs .There are no discipline or program fees
Preference is given to applicants who have studied at Stanford for at least two years
Applicant must have obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized prestigious college or university on or after January 2015
To apply for inclusion in the 2022 cohort, you must have earned a bachelor’s degree on or after January 2015
To apply for inclusion in the 2023 cohort, you must have earned a bachelor’s degree on or after January 2016.
